You're right to ask, what this guys dressed like Roman legionars have to do with pickpocketing? The same question was asked by the fellow travelers from our group when a young lady told us that she was robbed while posing for the picture. One of this guys, undoubtely, have stollen her purse with 700 euros in cash money. The next we asked her was, why she had so much cash money with? Poor lady didn't know for ATM's so she carried cash money instead. Some people can never learn the lesson because our guide aworned us on ariving to be very careful and not to take too much cash money when strolling around.

Both of this beggars, on a first view, look old, sick and poor and many people gives them a coin. I was watching both for a couple of minutes but none of them have rised head up. Than I came closer in order to give them a coin but my attention was cought by the look of their hands. Fact is, their hands are young and the skin is smooth and well nourished. Definetely this are not hands of those who have hard way of living. Anyway, I gave up of giving them coin.

Warnings Or Dangers: Romans and their pats

Romans are great dog lovers, everywhere in the town lots of locals walk their pats, sometimes even two or three of them. The dogs, however, have certain needs and usualy do that when out in the streets or parks. Dog lovers walk their pats mostly in the streets and squares and I got impression they just want to show up and to be seen with them. The problem is when this dogs do some nasty things out on the street because their owners do not care to clean it! Actually, the city center is full of dogs droppings and you better watch your steps when strolling around!!!
