Castello Scaligero is the most attractive sight of Torri del Benaco. As the all other Scaliger castles in the area of Verona, it was built in the medieval times during the rule of the mighty Scala Family.
Nowadays it houses an interesting museum of the local traditions, in particular fishing and olive cultivation.

One exibition hall in the castle is dedicated to prehistoric pictoglyphs found inscribed on rocks in the area.
Torri del Benaco is the zone of Lago di Garda with more high concentrationof prehistoric pictoglyphs.

Small but very beautiful chapel is situated on the main square of Torri del Benaco, right next to the hotel Gardesana. Behind the chapel, at the same level as its rooftop, you can see the remnants of the town walls interpolated into the neigbouring house. The ramparts of the town walls are of Ghibellini style, the same as the Castello Scaligero.

The lakeshore along Torri del Benaco is rock-bound, what makes it more attractive then those in the southen part of the lake. It is a part of long promenade and bike-route which connets most of the settlements in the northern Garda.
There is a cute cafe-bar on this side with very attractive wooden terrace which rises over the lake.
