The skycrapers in the savannah

It does not metter weather you're visiting Masai Mara, Amboselli, Tsavo or Kimana, the beauty of nature is just breath-taking, everywhere you go. Some like day-light, others prefer sunsets but the sunrise and dawn in savannah are the most spectacular part of the day. It was amazing experience watching animals in their first morning activities, but most of all, I was fascinated by the spectacular colours of the landscape.

Fascinating colours

This picture is made in a first sunrise, without filter or any other photo device, and it looks spectacular. I just couldn't belive what comes out of my camera when saving it to my pc.

Antelopes in jogging

While most of the animals start eating early in the morning, antelopes have their jogging time. It was amazing watching them in a full speed trying to outrun each other. Some species run and suddenly jump, changing direction swift like an arrow. Amazing experience and spectacular scenes.

Boris, excellent photos and beaut tips of your game park experiences! Once Africa gets into your blood, you are hooked - but I would still love to see the Balkans too! No worries re your airplane - that was a safe Canadian-built Twin Otter bushplane!!

You have what appears to be a natural knack for not only using a camera, but for using words as well. So descriptive, so detailed, so much heart!

Beautiful pictures of the Masai. Such vivid colours. My mum and younger sister went on a safari in the '90's and would love to go with my daughter 1 day.Tim
