Getting TO/AROUND: Oslo has got one main airport in the north which is called Gardenmoen Airport, Oslo. This airport is 45 mins to 1 hour from Oslo city centre. But there is another airport which is being famous day by day. It is called Oslo Torp airport and it's 1 hour and 45 mins from Oslo city center. KLM, Ryan air and Wideroe airlines operate from there. There is a direct bus connection after every 30 mins of arrival of every Ryan air flight in Oslo Torp airport to Oslo main bus terminal, just behind the Oslo main railway station.

Getting TO/AROUND: There are five metro lines which are called T-bane in Norwagian. These trains are often punctual and faster than Trams and Buses. They are all underground and going to further places where buses and trams are not operating. Interestingly, all these lines passes through 3 mains stations which are National Theater, Stortinget and Jernbanetorget.

Transportation: Local Buses in Oslo

Tip Rating: [Not enough ratings yet] |

'Mode': AROUND
Category: Bus
Getting TO/AROUND: Most buses and trams converge at Jernbanetorget which is the Oslo main railway station. Most westernly buses going to Viggeland parken or Bygdoy also stop at National Theatre. But the major problem is that Oslo is not a very densely popullated city so the buses do not come after every five minutes of so, especially at night. At around mid night all the buses and trams stop.
