Here are few sentences which might help you:
1. Asalam-u-aleikum = Hello
2. Waleikum Asalam = When someone says Hello to you.
3. Shukeria = Thanks
4. Mera nam Umer hay = My name is Umer.
5. Appka Naam kiya hay = What is your name ?
6. Mujhe Chai chahiye = I want Tea.
7. Ghoo-salkhana kahan hay = Where is the Toilet?
8. Airport kahan hay = Where is Airport?
9. kitne paese ? = How much ?
10. Allah hafiz = Good Bye

In our culture, shaking hands with ladies is not considered respectful. Until and unless ladies wants to shake hands with you. Try to keep you hand with yourself. Just say 'Asalam-u-Aleikum', bow down a little and node your head slightly in 'yes'. This is considered very decent and polite.
Shaking hands with little girls under 10 yrs is considered okay. But make sure that they look 'little girls' not 'grown up girls' :-)

Bargaining works everywhere in Pakistan. Except for the government buildings like Museums or sight seeing places whereever u think that the person who is the receiving the money is the owner or sales manager, you should bargain as much as you can. It is the key of saving 50 of your expenditures ! In the picture on your left Chris is paying a 'Rickshaw Driver', we bargained for the price Before taking the Ricshaw !
