I lived here for almost 4 months, and I must say that Montpellier is probably THE most beautiful city I've ever been to - or at least the one I loved the most. The old town with its narrow streets, sandstone bulidungs and all the cafés and boutiques is just lovely, and it's big enough to make you explore new things every day. And not only that: I have to admit that I still got lost sometimes by the end of my stay...
It's also perfectly located close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful nature, mountains and gorges.
