Arriving early on the nightbus from Mérida I soon realised there was nothing much to do in Villahermosa - so I left in the afternoon heading west.
There are two wonderful things I will remember: the shower and the Parque del Venta. See below :-)

No picture available from your shower?
Mexicans almost never care of what you tell them, as long as they see you smiling. My experience tells me, that they mostly re-smile, nod and say something like "si" or "claro"!
La Venta is great, just put a picture. The shower story is funny.
