The Pirates Treasure Island Hotel - Casino Review

Another free attraction with a lot of spectators - the pirates' show in front of the Treasure Island Hotel.

Sexy girls pirates fighting grumpy old boys pirates with canons, dancing, huge ship sailing around.

The way the whole show is set up is more interesting than the show itself. It's pure Vegas but a little silly.

Every 90 min between 7 p.m. and 11.30 p.m. See it once, but once is enough.

The Vulcano Mirage Review

The good thing about Vegas: some of the famous attractions are for free! The Vulcano is in front of the glittery Mirage Hotel which has a kind of lagoon in front of the hotel and casino buildings.

From 7 p.m. to midnight the Vulcano erupts every 15 minutes, shooting smoke and flames high in the sky. What during the day is a waterfall turns into a stream of lava.

It looks great, so you have to see it, but once is enough ;-) Try and get a good place to watch - you won't be the only one!

Venice Venetian Hotel - Casino Review

The best example of "the crazy Americans" crazy being a positive thing here!!

This is Venice/ Italy reduced to its most important buildings - Marcus Square, Rialto Bridge, Bridge of Sighs and of course the gondolas!

It's not the atmosphere you have in the real Venice (which I did not even like by the way), just wonder about the fact they did this and how they did it - with a perfect artificial blue sky and frescoes. Makes you shake your head about it all.

Walking around here made me think that everything must be possible... This is Vegas!

Stratosphere Tower Stratosphere Review

For a perfect view of all Las Vegas and surrounding desert!
350 m high, the tower has some rollercoasters on its top! The free-fall tower ride is the one I managed, it was great :-) The other rides made me feel sick just from watching...

Going up the tower is really worth doing!
