It takes incredibly long to get to French Polynesia, you're incredibly excited before you get there, upon arrival you're incredibly tired - but once you see the sea, the lagoons, the islands and motus you're just breathless and incredibly overwhealmed.
I visited the islands of Tahiti and Huahine of the Society Islands, and Fakarava belonging to the Tuamotus. This last island is probably the closest place to paradise, it's unreal. |
