Getting TO/AROUND: Qantas will fly you to Sydney.. and often have cheap airfare deals going.. which is what I managed to get.

Getting TO/AROUND: Many hotels have their own transit bus from the airport to the hotel.. enquire about this when booking your accommodation.
Otherwise... there are transit buses from the airports, to various hotels.. just tell them where you are staying. You will find them outside the terminals.
