it was under the Romans as you can see!
it belonged to Italy until not so long ago so people speak Italian!
Old streets, very old historical buildings, and the sea light grean-blue. Nice islands, some by boat and other by bridge.
Be aware there are MANY drug related problems on these islands so never leave value-bles or cameras in your car or tent!
