Cottonwood Falls Travel Guide: 26 reviews and 54 photos

Most travelers zip through Kansas via I-70, bemoaning the flatness and driving as fast as they can through the state's 400 + miles length. Remember, they built Interstates through the boring parts! See a completely different side of Kansas by transversing it on old US 50. The gently rolling Flint Hills in the east prove the Sunflower State isn't completely level.
Chase County, where this picture was taken, might seem like an insignificant little part of the world, but there's obviously a lot here as evidenced by William Least Heat-Moon's 700-page masterpiece PrairyErth.

I groaned at the empty courthouse docket. No photo. Cardinal sin. On the other hand, you are my voice. You speak my language. I can take a break while you take my pulpit!
