  • Tip Rating:
  • Lately I have been staying at the Portswood Hotel near the Waterfront. Excellent accomodation and the most helpfull and friendly staff I've seen in any Hotel anywhere. Highly recommended.

Unique Qualities: The restaurant has a lot of competition with the Waterfront nearby but it's special Cape Malay menu is excellent.

Stunning pictures and a great travelogue. I'm sure the trick with the teddy worked very well - everybody was nice and helpful for the little guy,(and also for you). Thanks for birthday wishes.

Thanks for Bday wishes, (mind you, I wish the darn things weren't so close together! What a neat idea to use the teddy like that. Adds personality to the story.
