Lake Balaton from Balatonfured jetty - Balatonfured

I went to Balatonfured just out of season and it was a very tranquil place, but I think that during the high season it could well be very busy.

On the north shore of beautiful Lake Balaton, Balatonfured has been a popular resort since the 18th century when it became known for the therapeutic effects of its carbonated springs - together with its ideal location on the shore of the lake it makes for a very relaxing place to stay.
