I've only been to Mammoth to ski, but I know people who go fishing or mountain biking there during the warmer months. The skiing is great there, especially considering that it's a reasonable drive from the L.A. area. The size of the mountain and the difficulty of the runs will spoil a person so that they would never want to ski in the San Bernardino mountains again. |
