Alto del Naranjo, on the trail up to Cerro Provincia, at 1877 meters above sea level.
An amazingly peaceful and almost out-of-this-world place: quiet, fragrant from country flowers and plants, snow-covered in winter, a great overlook to watch fireworks down at the city on special days or just to tumble down on the ground, covered by a blanket of stars, and see the Moon appear slowly from behind the massive Andean mountains (but if you go in winter, I recommend to add a tent or, at least,a good sleeping bag to that star blanket)
