A well packed canoe :-) on the start of another great weekend with amazing photoshoot oppurtunities.
i'm still going strong beside the usual odds and bits life has to offer, working days are from 9 to 5 in diamond city as well .
Time to do the "Ardennen" again,

She is my most precious.

- Jump on tha bike and ride (not like a cowboy) into the region, mostly the area of Lier and the canals. The most unconfortable thinghs about biking, i think is taking the camera with you and take to many stops, but whatever to many stops occur frequently as Belgium has (still), a pub on every corner.
- The same can happened somewhere else, this fish was cought after a canoetrip in East-Germany, we changed the bike for the canoe and of course on the corner was this .... yes pub, but also the local fishmarket... anyway, look for fresh food and make sure to have a decent camera in reach to save unexpected moments in well- or misbehaviour .... ooch.

Barcelona, one of my fav cities with enough art & delicious food, so laid back.
It's a thin line between Salsa, Gaudi and (no) sleep, so test your own skill's to discover and beware to groove into the atmo at the moment.
When too tired here; go to the beach to get a bit of Mediterean happiness. :-) SSS (Sand,Sea,Sangria)
Snap a Tapa to recover at the next early morning, walk just behind the hostel or hotel to the local market. No need to hurry, enjoy the Spanish fury and just be there like the locals in time for the first Cava at noon and don't forget the siesta later on.. Gaudi's garden...

Hike up around peublos at New Mexico, amazing light and enjoy spicy food here! no need to hurry, lucky to drive around NM with friends whom show me the way, no need to put on glasses, saw falling stars from the pool with a cool beer at night in the endless desert, say high to neon casino's in the morning next the highway, crawl into a kiva after my first beer and get lost on amazing sights of hot-air balloons and cool melting down desert sunsets sights.

I like to go hiking and canoeing with friends, the region of the Semois river (famous for the great views and unexpected turns and waterlevels), near the border of Luxembourg is just a few houres away and perfect for a weekend trip. Just pick-up the trailer with canoes and off for the weekend, well packed with food and supplies; It's my fav spot in Belgium especially in the winter time when the river transform and run into nice whitewater playground .
Maybe we have to arrange a VT-meet somewhere in the region , Orval is just a paddle -stroke away and food un-beatable when the snow fall's.

A good location to shoot practicising pics? mmm.. some like to explore some deeper thoughts but it's not always nice to bring it into focus. I'm more intrested in the beauty of details like the revers, artist or story of the personage lying underneath the facade.
Silence, the smell of rotten flowers at dawn mixed with noises coming from graveyard workers driving to their early morning job while the first light of day plays an obscure game with your camera. The light at this moment is so precious, hardly to archieve....no time for Inner thoughts.
