One of the most spectacular beaches I've ever been to: Playa de las Conchas, in the north side of Island of La Graciosa, next to Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain. It was winter, but still some people were doing windsurf and kitesurf. At the back, on the left the island of Montaña Clara. In the middle, the very small island of Roque del Oeste. And on the left, further away, the island of Alegranza.

You can take a small ferry from Orzola (north of Lanzarote Island) to Caleta de Sebo (capital of La Graciosa, but still... more travel advice
