Luggage And Bags: I over packed and my poor husband almost had a hernia carrying my luggage.

Bring warm clothing. I found it very cool even in the summer. Pack a jacket and sweaters and long pants.
Casual clothing is good for most of the time.
I found I was a bit overdressed on a lot of occasions.
Of course I never had tea with the Queen and she was not even home when I visited the Palace.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Bring rain gear, sneakers or walking shoes and warm clothing. Layered works best.

Toiletries & Medical Supplies: Don't bring the whole bathroom like I did. You never use half the stuff you think you need.

Photo Equipment: Bring camera, it is a must with lots of film.


Miscellaneous: You will be surprised on how little you can get by with. I always over pack.
