The most spectacular landing in my life.
There are just a few flights to Torshavn. I took Maersk Airlines from Copenhagen. They really served delicious seafood. The flight takes 2 hours from CPH. I stayed here at a bed&breakfast near the Tourist Center. When I arrived there a nice Lady from the Tourist Center took me to my B&B. The owner was an engineer who worked in a power plant in Switzerland in the 1960's. A cosy and nice place to have a drink at Torshavn is Cafe Nature. Try the Faroese Beer with the sheep on it. |
