    • Very good value, as we found out after a week frustrating search around the town.
    They also have a www page and online reservation system, which i used to book.

    Double room is 55 USD.

    Unique Qualities: Clean rooms(no cockroaches found!!!!), a/c, big rooms, tv, bar, restaurant, very near city center and almost next door is a shop where to buy drinks, snacks, doods and all the other things you need.

    • 130 USD per night. Highly over priced, but we need to get some rest before long flight to Portugal.
    There are armed guard 24 hours a day, so its pretty safe.

    Unique Qualities: Swimming pool, fence around(safe), tax-free shop, restaurant, english spoken, bar, big rooms, patios,...
    Even it costed do much, there were still cockroaches and little crawling things. And i really hate cockroaches, yack!

     i had a few 100 usd stolen at the hotel a few years ago. it was probably the maiden. the manager sonly wanted not to have the theft made public. when i promised i would not tell anything about it they were satisfied. i would not recommend going there.    		SLLiew Sun Dec 16, 2007 06:50 UTC

     very nice São Tomé and Príncipe Page and i would agree beautiful things to see in kind of an African dump. But the people were oh so nice. Most be a shock compared to oh so clean Finland
