Mundaka's rivermouth wave is one of the most famous in the world, and not without a reason. It can be a perfect long wave with tubing sections, that will kill your legs. And your arms when paddling back (lucky surfers on the billabong pro these days are towd back with waverunners, lazy bastards). But beware, the wave is trong, the sandbank very shallow. And the swell windo isn't that big, so long flat spells are not uncommon.
But there are a few other beaches nearby that can break when Mundaka doesn't.
