Cape Town and Surrounding Areas

Cape To Rio Yatch race
Capetown

Is like no other place on
earth. Its Huge , is wild , its civilized ,

It has mountains , sea's , whales , strange people , harbors , blue skies .Its built up , yet one can be in the wilds in less than 5 min (take a walk up table mountain)

Capetown has now been
marketed as the GAY Capital of Africa. This stems from the Capetownians
attitude , of not giving a hoot about what other people think, but been very opened minded about everything. It has awsome scenery
, yet a traveler can experience some of the best wines , food and hotels in the world. There is more to do
in Capetown than almost the whole of South Africa. Its catered for tourists , and Do Capetownians Love tourists.

Been from Durban (its a Tourist city on its own ) I walked around central Capetown .I was shocked at how helpful most people were with directions to places.

They hauled out books , drew me maps ,recomended places ,gave me small pointers ,and I am just another South Africa.

Have a look at my Homepage .Its has more detailed information on the places I have been to

I'm so glad to see there is someone that agree about Hermanus. to Hermanus we took the coastal road and I agree I think it is the most beautiful coastal road there is. Back we came over the pass and some areas areas are just as breathtaking
