  • A very relaxt place to stay for an night. Situated in the middle of nowhere!
    A terrain with an camping, motel and a restaurant with a petrol pump.
    Food and beer is good, and accomodation is good too.
    The surroundings makes this place as an trilling expiernce!

    Unique Qualities: It is situated at the junction of the Barkly Highway and the Tablelands Highway, Barkly Homestead is 210 kilometres from Tennant Creek in the heart of the Northern Territoty.

    So Barkly Homestead is a welcome stop-off point for travellers on the long stretches of the Barkly Highway between Camooweal on the Queensland border, and the Stuart Highway, a distance of over 440 kilometres!

    It is also you're only chace to refeul youre car in between!

     you were right, that s quit a sunset, a bit similar to one i ve experienced in guadeloupe where the all sky looked like it was ablazed.
