    • Bring al the medicine you eventually need with you as mostly you have hardly any chance to get it. Bring also spare stuff with you like warm clothes (as it cools down very strongly at night), lights and batteries.
    Don't drink water from the tap, just buy water ore water from mountain springs are wells!

    • If you don't speak any Russian ore Kazakh, it is hard to get around. Basiccaly you should pre book something with a tour compagny. I don't know any, but surely a search via the internet bring one of the other!
