Get yourself to an appropriately situated beach and enjoy. Alternatively get to any of the Bays south of Capetown and you're in luck. to do it with panache, book into one of the expensive well situated beach front hotel, with Whale View -of ocurse; or go to Bientangs Cave Seafood Restaurant, pay hard currency and watch the whales
