Oh dear, the tick tock continues unabated and i have been absent since 2008, that's 3 years water flow under the bridge.

Cons:too many tourist have discovered it: the hard currency visitors have driven up prices -(((
In a nutshell:Spend at least two weeks in the area - for contrast and bio-diversity; i.e. urban(e) and rural

Lovely page on my hometown. Just for info, Table Mountain does get snow on top from time to time, fortunately not like the Alps or is that unfortunate? ;-)

I'm happy for Mother City to have Helen Zille for a mayor. At least some hope after for SA after Zuma's victory. Hopefully, the winds of change will come from Western Cape this time....
