Ok, my favorite part.(BEER) The tips that I have for you are to try to get to the beer tents early before it gets dark so you can get a seat. Hell, sometimes after about 9:00pm or so you couldn't even get in any beer tents because they would shut the doors, when this happens you will wait a long time to get in or you will have to just drink outside of the tents. This can suck if your friends are inside and you are out. I think this only happens on the weekends. But I'm not sure. I just made a day out of it and drank beer all day in every beer tent that was there. By the way there are 14 beer tents.
My friend Tim, his buddy Lowery, that was with us, knew some German so he hooked up with a girl the night before I got there. The first night I was there she took us all to a dance club in a wherehouse in some backstreets. Me and my friend walked around and tried to find someone to dance with while my Lowery was dancing with that chick. Well, one thing I have to tell you, those girls over there are weird! pretty as hell, but weird! If the girls don't know you they won't dance with you. It's true! I just thought they didn't like me, but it's not that. That girl told me that most of the time they don't. Then I started to see that everyone knew eachother, it was weird.

Dress Code: Ok, now, I wore shorts but I found out that I was being watched constantly by all the Germans because I don't think they have ever seen them before. I swear, they looked at me like I was crazy. I was the only one I saw anywhere with them on besides the guys dressed up with the suspenders.(you'll know what I mean if you go) I was lucky, when I went it didn't rain on the days I was there. But even if it did I don't think it would of been bad at all.
