This was My first trip to Germany. I live in Bakersfield, California, so I knew I had a long flight infront of me. I went by myself because I had some vacation time and I knew my friends would'nt have enough to go. I saw that there was something called "Oktoberfest" in Munich, so I went. This was the best time I have ever had! The crazy thing was that a very close friend of mine from highschool Tim Brown, called me the day before and said that he was in the army and stationed in a town outside of Munich, so he said he would meet me at the airport. So, the next day, after 13 hours on the plane I landed and linked up with one of my best friends...IN GERMANY!!! It was bad ass. Any way, He had a friend with him that took Germain classes for Four years, so we were in. This Is a picture of Tim and I as soon as we reached Munich from the airport. That's him on the left and me on the right. |
