Luggage And Bags: a comfy backpack and dailypack to wander around the city. make sure you can put the mineral water bottle easily in the dailypack and take it anytime whenever you need it.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: light and comfy trainers are necessary since all of these tourist spots are within walking distance. and light cotton tee-shirt since the weather is so hot. added with hat.

Toiletries & Medical Supplies: toilet paper can be added into your list and medicine to avoid headache caused by too much sunlight.

It's a shame that I think it's highly overlooked by foreigners traveling to the Philippines.
