gordion inn resto: bangus and garlic rice

just know that "garlic rice" mentioned in the menu just exactly similar with fried rice in my country so called "nasi goreng". well, maybe a coincidence but this point make me more comfy in trying some ilocano food. garlic rice with omelette and bangus [milk fish] and coleslaw and banana plus orange or pineapple juice were my best choice for breakfast in vigan :)

must try after empanada: longganisa

longganisa is local sausage which is unfortunately [or fortunately? :)] only made from pork [baboy]. diced meat with some spices put into longganisa and grilled, served with special sauce. yummy!!!

well, empanada ... surprise that indonesia also have a snack which is looks similar so called "panada" [from manado]. it's like pastel or puff pastry with veggie and pork [in my country can be changed with beef, chicken or fish] as filling. fried and served with vinegar-soy sauce. you're not in vigan yet if not yet try empanada!
