Getting TO/AROUND: The public transportation system in the Philippines may be difficult to unravel for the uninitiated. Public buses and jeepneys ply all the major routes in Metro Manila, but tourist will best find their way via taxi, hotel limousines or tourist bus. For visitors with the time, inter-island traveling by sea can be refreshing and relaxing.
