A melting pot

Victorian houses on Steiner Street
There is no place like San Francisco. It's European (with old Victorian Houses), American (with the skyline full of skyscrapers), Asian (with Chinatown, the biggest Chinese community outside China) and .... Well, just a little bit of everything. Basically people from every nation can be found in San Francisco. A wonderful place. And sometimes you still find the spirit of the 60's. Flower Power and hippies. Some are still around. But lots of others ended up as homeless or poor people. They lost their dreams. I've rarely seen so many begging people as in San Francisco.
