Santa Barbara is probably the most perfect place on Earth. For me, it is even too perfect to live. I spent three weeks here and couldn't find anything wrong with it. The place even has history! Several buildings from the Spanish occupation in the 18th century survived the big earthquake of 1925. Most of the other buildings disappeared, and the town was completely remodelled and rebuilt in Spanish style. |
