Cheshire is an amazing county that people should definitely visit more. Discretely located between Liverpool and Manchester, this rural county is well known for the beauty of it's gardens, waterways fields and hills as well as for it's organic farms which are open to the public and, of course, for Chester, Roman stonghold of the past and main garrison for the English on the North Welsh borders! It's also the home of the Duke of Westminster, one of the richest men in the world who owns many beautyfull little villages here and a beautyfull estate.
A beautyfull place to visit and a great place to live in!
And besides the Romans, there is also a strong precence felt from Scandinavia and the Normans! Come see for yourself! :)
- Pros:Beautifull nature, architecture, history and loads of hiking opportunities!
- Cons:Can't think of any!
- In a nutshell:A must see, taste, hike, learn about and discover destination!
