Getting TO/AROUND: Ferihegy 1 terminal is mainly for low budget airlines (like Skyeurope, Easyjet etc) - for other airlines Ferihegy 2 terminal. Ferihegy 1 has a protected building, was renewed recently. Transportation to: by airport bus (Repter busz) from Kobanya-kispest metro station. Timetable: http://www.bkv.hu/busz/repter.ht ml
Taxi rate to downtown: appr. 20 euros.

Excellent advice! When arriving to Keleti Rail Station a couple of years ago we needed forints to buy Budapest Transport Card. The ATM at the station is the way to go. |
