Interesting page with excellent restaurant tips that I will remember. May be we did not stay enough in Vlora (a few hours) to get the same feeling than you or may be in 2007 it had changed? Things change so fast in Albania!
What an interesting place. Have only driven to the Albanian border on the Greek coast, the water was murky there too.
Wow I love the picture of the rock in the sea. !!! Very nice. I know Corra was saying 5 month in VT and u got that .. hahaha :-)
