plasma screen TV's and other Larnaca, Cyprus Hotel/Accommodation Reviews

We stayed at this hotel only for one night, before flying home... a nice hotel, I must say, and because it was off season we paid 35 pounds only, which was not really much more than other simpler hotels.

Unique Qualities: There are two things we definitely enjoyed... first of all it had a wooden floor and not the usual horrible carpet floor - and a plasma TV, I guess the first one I have ever seen/used in a hotel room. The only pity was that all the English-speaking channels were information channels...

Curtains and bed covers deserve a special mention for their tastelessness. Really an ugly sight to behold.

A simple hotel that served us well for our first night in Larnaca... It was cheap and it organized a pick-up for us at the airport in the middle of the night. However, the hotel is pretty old...

Unique Qualities: We had a small quiet and simple room: nothing to write home about but clean. Hoever, as said before, all rooms are very old, in particular the carpets, which are definitely on the smelly side. As it was warm, we slept with the window open - I would not imagine it a pleasure to sleep with a window closed, though.
