     Hi :) One correctio: caldeirada doesn't have rice. It' made of olive oil. onion, tomato, potatoes and several fish (not shellfish). When you will came back again to Portugal I will invite you to a real Caldeirada ;)    		pepples46 Fri Oct 22, 2004 03:36 UTC
