Getting TO/AROUND: Aleppo is well served by buses... there are plenty leaving for every possible destination you'd like to go to. The small problem is that there are several bus stations in town: the one for luxury buses is roughly between the new and the old town, behind the amir palace hotel (more or less). It's called Hanano Garage - so just walk there or have a taxi drive you. The exact address is sharia Ibrahim Hanano.
