Getting TO/AROUND: Inside Petra (heard about 100 times): hey miss... would you like a ride on my air-conditioned taxi? No thank, I'd rather walk. No, no miss, my air-conditioned taxi is really good... try it. What aere those beuin people talking about? A ride throught the ruins on camel-back or donkey-back of course! Very funny... expcept for the fact that you then can't stop and admire the ruins as you wish. So my advice is: use your feet in Petra. There's a lot of to see, a lot of walking to do.
