H I R S C H H O R N lies on the "Burgstrasse" (Castle route) leading along the Neckar river from Heidelberg to Heilbronn. It's a picturesque village with a castle and beautiful half-timbered houses. It is surely worth a stop-over to wander along its downtown, and if you can, spend the night in the Hirschhorn castle. A wonderful experience.
