From the first moment I laid eyes on Munich, I fell in love. Chic and cosmopolitan, Bavaria's capital and one of Germany's biggest cities, Munich has more than its share of great museums, architectural treasures and historic sites. The same could be said of its abundance of lederhosen and oompah bands. But it's the overall feeling of Gemütlichkeit that makes the city so special. |
Some great places to visit are the Residenz, English Garden, Schloss Nymphenburg, Marienplatz and Deutsches Museum, but there is so much more, go and see for yourself. |
