K O S is a small island in the Dodecanese, a chain of islands in the Greek archipelago. After Rhodes and Karpathos it is the third-largest island in the group and very close to Turkey and the Asian continent.

The island has some great free archeological sites, architecture influenced by Italians and Turks, white beaches, blue sea, great Greek food, friendly people and lovely mountain villages.

Hi, your picture are very good. From most of your pictures, it appears that there are no people in Greece. I've found that people like pictures with people. Not my favorite. Keep up the good work. You're a good photographer.

Some good info here. We met lots of cats at the Asklepion and saw people feeding them and this was many years ago.

Hi Helga, we visited Kos on a day trip from Bodrum 2 years ago, fantastic town and a great place for a holiday, you took some superb photos on your visit.
