After an xlnt day with Wandeljp and Coucou7 around Dadizele after the xlnt VT meet at Kortrijk I went on up to get digital pics of Bruge - and cycled out to Damme - was a fab thing to do!Nice to see yr pg esp that Ive now actually been to the place!

:-) prachtige pagina!!! I back up Myriam and you about the terrible traffic. There are lots of alternatives! and I do love the pancakes too! one of the reason for a deviation to Damme when I am around Bruges `-)

Damme - gate to Bruges - you made it an inviting page Helga. The statue in front of the church is called "Blik van Licht" made by Charles Delporte - he has a museum in Damme !

I remember making a trip to Damme, it was nice and so were the pancakes that we had there, along with an Oude Gueze beer Mmmm :-) Oh yes, we went on that boat too. No books when we visited though.
