Diving in Ekeren
The Put van Ekeren is well known by local divers. It's a good place for keeping in shape with your diver skills. The pool is 18 m deep and accommodates a large number of fish: roach, carp, perch, eel, pike and loach. Also crawfish and mussels are present. Furthermore, this pool has been known for its wealth of fossile sea shells.
You need a licence from the city of Antwerp to dive here and you can only use the left side of the pool. Read all about it on the website below (only in Dutch).
Equipment: Bring all your equipment from home. There are no accommodations here.
