B E R L I N has been the capital of Germany since centuries until World War II. After the war it was divided into West and East Berlin. When the Wall was knocked down it became back the capital of Germany.
It's a vibrant city with lots of green and historical & modern buildings. It is also a city where you can still witness memories of the Cold War.

Nice new page on Berlin. My older son has just moved there, so I'm sure I'll have a chance to visit again soon. And my younger son was just in Berlin for a conference which included a tour of the Holocaust Memorial and the Underground Information Center.
