Rain and wind gear Review
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: The only thing that I can think of to pack for Dublin that you wouldn't necessarily pack for any other destination might be an umbrella. It rarely buckets here in Dublin but a frequent (constant) drizzle is not uncommon.
Actually I found a waterproof coat more convenient because sometimes it gets windy and then an umbrella is more of a hinderance than a help.
