Moscow is a truly incredible city, and whilst I can understand that it may not be high on everyone's travel priorities, I would have to say that it is a place you should definitely find the time to visit at least once. My first view of Red Square, the Kremlin and St Basils Cathedral are things that I'll never forget - but there is far more to see than these "highlights".
The first trip I made to Moscow was in August 2005 - I returned again in November 2006 - in summer the temperatures hit the 30s - for the duration of my second stay they were well below freezingand there were regular snowfalls. |
