Best off getting the Bus.

Vaduz does not have an airport, and only really has half a railway station for that matter (in Schaan-Vaduz). The easiest way to get there is by bus from Feldkirch. A day pass costs EUR 3.20 (or CHF 5) and there are regular buses. www.lba.li has a downloadable timetable.

Pros and Cons
  • Pros:quiet, plenty of banks, fine passport stamps
  • Cons:pricy, not great transportation links, not a lot of nightlife.
  • In a nutshell:one for a short stop.

Mike, very informative page about Vaduz. I especailly like your train tip as I was always wondering which sorts of trains really stop in Liechtenstein. Well done ... :-)

So maybe that's the only country where you have to pay to get your passport stamped :) Still. I would like to get one when I visit Liechtenstein!
