Best off getting the Bus. Vaduz does not have an airport, and only really has half a railway station for that matter (in Schaan-Vaduz). The easiest way to get there is by bus from Feldkirch. A day pass costs EUR 3.20 (or CHF 5) and there are regular buses. www.lba.li has a downloadable timetable. |

| Pros: | "quiet, plenty of banks, fine passport stamps" | | Cons: | "pricy, not great transportation links, not a lot of nightlife." | | In A Nutshell: | "one for a short stop." |

HORSCHECK Sun Apr 22, 2007 14:13 UTC Mike, very informative page about Vaduz. I especailly like your train tip as I was always wondering which sorts of trains really stop in Liechtenstein. Well done ... :-) | ChristinaNest Wed Aug 2, 2006 11:31 UTC So maybe that's the only country where you have to pay to get your passport stamped :) Still. I would like to get one when I visit Liechtenstein! | desert_princess Sun Nov 27, 2005 00:49 UTC ahaaa....a tourist bus - how handy!!!good to know::))) | Groverdean Tue Nov 15, 2005 21:59 UTC I wonder if the Lichtenstein govt would stick up for Borat if he was from Vaduz??? I've planned to visit here on a couple of times but it was inconvenient. Hopefully next time! |
